Chicago! We’re back, and we’ve been coordinating. What’s on offer this August? This month, it’s a virtual raffle to support @bravespacealliance, the first Black-led, trans-led LGBTQ Center located on the South Side of Chicago. BSA is dedicated to creating and providing affirming, culturally competent, for-us by-us resources, programming, and services for LGBTQ individuals on the South and West sides of the city.

Our call to action art raffle is set out to raise dollars to support BSA’s Building Campaign, for their new Hyde Park location. Connecting Chicago’s art community to the intersectional work of Brave Space Alliance during a time where support and love are crucial. We are stronger together.

This raffle lineup is packed with a fiery collection of contributing artists to ride out this heat wave.

Thursday, August, 20 @7PM - Moon Rise will be chatting with Jae Rice from Brave Space Alliance- so tune in to learn more about the work BSA is doing in the Chicago community!
The Moon Rise crew will have a spreadsheet to track tickets purchased for each piece of art and we’ll use a random number generator to pull the winners on Saturday, August 22 live at 6PM on the Moon Rise IG.
